Firstly Max explores how Self Compassion beneficial when it comes to our world view and our internal narrative and how it can change perception when relating to others and making friends.
In his second short story Max explores Self Compassion again, this time when it comes to the things that people say! Max explores how unkind words are like a gift, that if taken, can way heavily on us. Max also discovers that the things that people say are a greater reflection of the person who says them, rather than who they are saying it to.
In Max's third story he's attending a party and is feeling anxious about an activity. Max discovers how Neuro-Linguistics can be beneficial when overcoming our limiting thoughts and beliefs.
Max's fourth short story shows how he discovers Positive Psychology and how we can make the best of any situation life throws at us with a positive mental attitude.
Max finishes off in the park, where he discovers one of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy's underpinning assumptions and how life events result in a thought process and subsequently an emotional response and how this can vary from person to person.
