​Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 working days.

Before you initiate an exchange please see our troubleshooting FAQ's.

Please do not approach a member of staff at an Exhibition as refusal to initiate a refund may cause offence.

Returns are not given in an instance were the customer decides they don't like the product any more or can't use it after 7 working days, as this is not the responsibility of 'Max Mindpower' or 'NMP Collins Innovations' . Under trading standards we cannot resell any product that is sold as it is a children's toy. Therefore those  requests will be rejected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be returned at the expense of the purchaser.

We check the items to ensure they are working before dispatch, if you feel they are faulty, please check the trouble shooting FAQ's again.

What to expect

Firstly, notify us by email or through the contact form that you wish to have your item exchanged, in this email include a scanned copy or a screenshot of the proof of purchase.

Arrange to have the item sent to: Max Mindpower, Tawnmore Farm, Blackhall, Calverstown, Co Kildare, R56 RN99, Ireland. In the same packaging and condition that it was delivered in.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange .

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and a replacement item will be sent to you at our expense. 

Please do not expect a replacement item or a refund to be dispatched to you prior to us receiving the item back.

Sale items (if applicable)

We do not give refunds on sale items. Exchanges still apply if the item is proven faulty. The above steps need to be adhered to.

Shipping

 You will be responsible for arranging your own shipping and payment of such. Exchanges will be sent out for free.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
